RIETI（独立行政法人経済産業研究所、英語名称：The Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry）は、2001年に設立された政策シンクタンクで、エビデンスに基づく政策提言を行うことをミッションとしています。

カツさんは、コンサルティングフェロー（研究員）として、2020年より活動されています。
京都大学経営管理大学院で博士号（経営科学）を取得された際の論文
「M&Aによる企業価値の創造と経営者および組織のコンピテンシー」のダイジェスト版や、
セイコーマート(株式会社セコマ)や日立製作所などのトップと実施したウェビナーなど公開中です。

Katsu-san has been active as a Consulting Fellow (Researcher) since 2020. He obtained his Ph.D. (Management Science) from Kyoto University Graduate School of Management, and a digest version of his dissertation, “Creation of Corporate Value through M&A and Competencies of Managers and Organizations,” is available. Additionally, webinars conducted with top executives from Seicomart (Secoma Co., Ltd.) and Hitachi, Ltd. are also publicly accessible.
