新年の全日ゼミ初めはGoogleのオフィス訪問をさせていただきました！カツさん＋IMBA7名＋JMBA2名の10名をご招待いただきました。35階の眺望最高のカフェテリアでランチをいただき、噂通りの素晴らしすぎる充実オフィスをご案内いただきました。ステキオフィスに、特にIMBA若者チームの大はしゃぎが止まりません。

いくつもあるコンセプトの違う食堂、ラーメンバー、カフェ、お昼寝ルーム、ジム、ゲームセンターなどをご案内いただきました。ほかにマッサージ師さんのいるマッサージルームもあり、これらの福利厚生は社員はすべて無料とのことです。素晴らしすぎる…。

広々としたキッチンスタジオも印象的でした！チームビルディングのために、チームでお料理のレッスンを受けたりすることもできるそうです。もちろん無料。

もう一つ感動したのは、ペットの犬を同伴して出社しても良いそうです！エレベーターの一つが「DOGS ALLOWD」でした。なんと素晴らしい…

カツさんの経営戦略にてgoogleのケースを受講した後でしたので、戦略起点の“Best Place to Work”を実際に見学することができて、さらに学びが深まりました。（実際には終始はしゃいでいました！）

Our first full-time zemi of the new year kicked off with a visit to Google’s office! A group of 10, including Katsu-san, 7 IMBA students, and 2 JMBA students, were warmly welcomed. We enjoyed lunch at the amazing cafeteria on the 35th floor with its spectacular view and were given a tour of the renowned, incredibly well-equipped office. The younger IMBA team, in particular, couldn’t contain their excitement over the stunning facilities.

We were shown various dining areas, each with its own unique concept, a ramen bar, cafes, nap rooms, a gym, and even a game center. There’s also a massage room staffed with professional therapists, and all these benefits are available to employees for free. Truly remarkable.

The spacious kitchen studio left a strong impression as well! It’s used for team-building activities, where teams can take cooking lessons together. Naturally, this is also free.

Another thing that amazed us was that employees are allowed to bring their pet dogs to work! One of the elevators even had a sign that said “DOGS ALLOWED.” How wonderful is that?

Since we had previously studied Google’s case as part of Katsu-san’s strategy class, we had the chance to see the “Best Place to Work” strategy in action during this visit. It was an invaluable learning experience (though, in truth, we spent most of the time just being excited!).
