At Satokatsu Zemi, members of each age group are connected by a group called “Buddies,” and we emphasize not only horizontal connections but also vertical ones.
In the “Buddies” group, we discuss zemi and master thesis topics, talk about work and private life, and so on, in an at-home atmosphere. Not only with buddies, but also with graduated zemi students, we have a lot of interaction with each other!
